even though it was busy, a specific worker priscilla really assisted me. when i was unsure she helped me choose a drink and i could tell that she valued my experience and how the customer felt as well as trying her best to be liked. she also kept calm and kept a smile on her face the entire time. impressive !!

Always busy cafe in Cribbs, pity it was not a little larger as sometimes hard to get table especially at lunch time.
But must say staff are very friendly and helpful everything we have been, the sandwiches are fresh too.
Highly recommend the Costa in Cribbs.

Costa in the Mall at Cribbs Causeway was busy - as ever - when we stopped for morning coffee, but it didn't take long to get served. The staff were friendly and we had no difficulty finding a table. All good.

Nice little Costa.
Staff are friendly and efficient. They get your order done quickly, but this Costa does get VERY busy, so occasionally I have had to skip my Costa visit as there is no where to sit.
New seating tables and chairs, which are quite quirky.
Feels a lot Brighter than it used to.
Cakes are delicious. Good range of products on sale.

Only two ladies working incredibly hard to keep up with the constant flow of customers. They were wonderful, putting the needs of customers first, constantly apologising for the time it was taking, as they were occupied with so many orders for frappe and other delicious ice drinks. Huge thank you to the ladies!!!

I rarely visit the mall just to visit the games store, only found out that it has closed up and moved out somewhere, i don't know where to find one in patchway. City Centre too far for me to travel by bus. 🌞😎🚏🚍🤷♂️😉👍

This a well used and popular Costa coffee shop.
I had the coffee only but a wide range of sandwiches from M & S and snacks.
It's the only with red arrows model planes doing a fly past.
