Wow, just eaten the Sunday roast shared platter which was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection even the beef was tender. Not forgetting the homemade raspberry cheesecake which was delicious. Staff very attentative and friendly.Price very competitive. Will defo be going back.
Loved this small pub. The staff were so friendly and the food was great. Served quickly and delicious. Bit out of the way but worth a visit if you can. We were staying at the Rod and Line country park and it was only a short walk away.
Stopped off in our Campervan and popped in for a meal. Was not disappointed. Had a Dax’s Daddy Burger and so glad I did, one of the best burgers I’ve had, I think 12/10! Lovely people, we felt genuinely welcomed. We will be back. Thank you. (Now to sleep off the burger in the car park!)
