Came here in July for a spot of lunch and what a great find. Lovely, pleasant staff found us a great table at the front. We ordered sandwiches that were delicious and fresh.Great Coffee too. The decor gave the whole place a cozy, friendly feel. Another bonus that it was dog friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Had a lovely cream team here today. My husband had the 2 scone version and would’ve liked a little more jam and cream. Jam was a little runny. Scones were lovely, light and a good size. Nicely decorated cafe. The sandwiches coming out looked delicious. I would thoroughly recommend visiting.

Really lovely and spacious cafe/tea room/restaurant. This place does a bit of everything. You could pop in for a breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or just a bit drink and you'd be happy. Amazing selection of teas (as you'd expect), as well as some exceptional scones which are served warm and a few different flavours. Wow! They were incredible. Would definitely recommend!

We popped into hatters for a cream tea, the dog was welcome and the atmosphere was lovely. Really excellent service and the food was great. The price wasn’t cheap at £19 for two cream teas with coffee and tea but I would go there again as it felt quality.

Our 1st visit to Hatters Tea Shop. A friendly welcome and shown to our very comfortable window leather chairs with our dog. A menu full of yumminess. I had a delicious rarebit with chutney. Will definitely be back to sample the scrumptious looking cakes. Well done Hatters 👏

Amazing place to have lunch and cups of tea in China cups, brilliant. The staff were very good and it was great to be able to get a GF Cheese Scone which was very nice. The tea was beautiful, would like to have called again but came home a day early. It is a definite place to visit when in Cromer.

What a fabulous discovery! Lovely café in a great location. Food is unbelievable! After our meal we took away a large slice of Carrot Cake and ate it on the Pier - fantastic!

Off the beaten track and therefore usually slightly quieter than the main Cromer routes. An absolute gem. Fantastic sandwiches and light lunches. Great tea. And still the best scones we've had in Norfolk, light, warm and perfectly sized. If you're in the area make sure you give it a try. If you want the full afternoon tea make sure you ring ahead and book in advance.
