The staff in Cromer Costa are some if the friendliest I have met in this chain. I would highly recommend going there for this. Food and drink are the same as other stores of this brand but the customer service is second to none.

Love coffee. Staff nice. The only thing was the floor looked has if it hadn't been cleaned for ages. Seats also need a good clean.

Stopped at Cromer Costa, lovely hot coffee and food, staff could be more friendly and tables and chairs cleaner but a hot day today. The best Costa is North Quay Retail Park in Lowestoft by far have been to many but still can't beat that one, Staff excellent always willing to help but sometimes under staffed. coffee always good and hot.

It's a Costa Coffee, so you know pretty much what to expect. This one is good with a nice layout and good service.
The toilets are only for customers and locked, it needs a code that is on the bottom of the receipt to open them. I saw some people not happy with this, however this is obviously to stop non-customers using them which could create a long queue, so is a minor inconvenience to stop a larger one.
