Nicely laid out coffee shop with very personable staff. Coffee was made to made to a high standard and in a timely manner.
The staff in Cromer Costa are some if the friendliest I have met in this chain. I would highly recommend going there for this. Food and drink are the same as other stores of this brand but the customer service is second to none.

Wonderful friendly, can't do enough for you staff. Excellent costa coffee and great snacks, cakes, sandwiches, salads. What's not to like. One-off my go to places when visiting family.

It's a Costa Coffee, so you know pretty much what to expect. This one is good with a nice layout and good service.
The toilets are only for customers and locked, it needs a code that is on the bottom of the receipt to open them. I saw some people not happy with this, however this is obviously to stop non-customers using them which could create a long queue, so is a minor inconvenience to stop a larger one.
Extremely friendly and efficient staff, not just to me but I noticed they were kind with all customers. Good selection of cakes on offer. Well stocked fridge and clean tables. My drinks were prepared fast and they were hot which is not always the case. Very pleasant experience. Well done.
