Amazing Restaurant. I'm Italian and I can honestly say this is the best Italian restaurant in Croydon. When you walk into Bagatti you get that Italian feeling, it's almost like you blinked and found yourself in Italy. Amazing service, unlike many Italian restaurants where the staff knows nothing about Italy, at Bagatti's the waiters are Italian and if you want something a bit different (off the menu) they will accommodate you, everyone is always friendly, they make you feel comfortable, very attentive, funny and yet professional. the food is superb, I took my mum there few times, she is probably one of the fussiest eaters I know, she lives in Italy and when she's over here she prefers to cook instead of dining out, not that I'm complaining since she's a great cook, but sometimes I want to treat her so the only way she'd eat out is if we are going to Bagatti which she absolutely loves. The Spaghetti alle vongole are mouth watering, not to mention the quatris if you want a dish to share. From the starter to the dessert you get top class service.

Overall a nice looking restaurant. A good menu option.
I choose the lamb Raghu, and I thought it was too much sauce for the quantity of pasta, as well lacking a bit of pepper. My husband got the vongole spaghetti that was very good portion.
We thought it was a bit pricey compared to other italian local restaurants that we go in Central London.
My dine out with friend’s at Bagatti’s last night was an amazing experience. The Prosecco went down one bottle after the other and so did the food. The Med prawns starter that I ordered was perfect to taste and I later ordered the grilled sea bass with veggies and the only thing left on the plate was the prawn shells as the dish was totally enjoyable. Couldn’t stop with just savoury, so next comes the Chocolate fondant with ice-cream dessert. Delectable and delicate wrapping of the meal. My first visit, but surely not my last. Busy with diners, but the staff lit the place with their friendly smile and served with efficiency. Well done and Thank you, Bagattis. See you soon.

This place is beautiful. My husband and I walked in they took time to get us a preferred table even thought we only booked an hour ago. The ambience, vibe and look was all authentic. They brought us olives and warm bread complementary, not many restaurants do this and we have been to a lot of high ones. The staff are so courteous, and didn't push us to order starters or made us feel un easy which some restaurants do. This is my first time here and this is somewhere we agreed we will come again regularly. Would highly recommend.

I came for my bday lunch with my Italian parents, and they were really pleased.
Atmosphere: elegant place, nice soft covers of the best classic music.
Food: huge plates, tasty and well presented dishes. We were so full we asked to take away one of the main.
Service: the guys were amazing, quick and very attentive. They have made a little celebration tiramisu and played the happy bday song.
THANK YOU GUYS, I will definitely come back again.
This place is always busy - and for good reason! The food is excellent - all your Italian favourites and more with their vast menu! The service - attentive and always friendly. The atmosphere- buzzy and fun. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl, it’ll always be a firm favourite.

The food is excellent quality and they have a good variety to choose from including a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. Cocktails are great. The service was fast and they were very attentive to us even though they were full. A great atmosphere too. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

Lovely and attentive service.
Good atmosphere but more importantly, the food quality was amazing!
Good portions but excellent ingredients well prepared.
Also the menu has a good variety so there is always something for everyone!

Came for a Christmas party in which we pre-paid for. The service was brilliant and the food was lovely everyone enjoyed it. The only bad note I have is that the service charge for bringing drinks over is very extortionate be prepared for this!! I think we paid about £16 in service charge to bring a bottle of wine over and a soft drink
Good portion of servings, good service and best of all birthday celebrations are done really well in that restaurant. Highly recommended
