A group of us came here for my daughter's birthday. It was midweek so it wasn't busy. It was a 2 hour session, unlimited drink with a meal. The minute we were seated the waiter gave us a cocktail straight away. It was the best time I've had out for quite a while. Service was 10/10 the waiter was knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs. The food was excellent,a vast selection of cocktails. Would definitely come here again.
Absolutely brilliant find. Just popped in for a quick lunch and ended up staying all afternoon! Krysta our waitress was outstanding. It was very refreshing to be served by someone enthusiastic and with a good understanding of their menu and drinks range. She made several recommendations which were all excellent. Will return for sure!

Wonderful experience in turtle bay, croydon. Ambience & Hospitality is amazing and food tasty yummy as well, they have best offer in cocktail’s specially during their happy hours. I would specially thank Mr. Henry for his service and hospitality towards us. Cheers
My first time in Croydon and it is kinda known for carribean cuisine. I passed by Turtle Bay and immediately I have decided I will have brunch there.
Lovely staff, was very helpful especially it was our first time dining there.
The food was great. I had the bbq jerk pit. Chicken was tender and the spices was really warm. Im glad they served rice 😊 they had bottled up sauces on the table which you can add on to your chicken depending on your liking. 😊

My friend and I certainly enjoyed ourselves. We indulged in their bottomless brunch, and the waitresses were too kind. Our main server was a girl named Kryssa, sweet lady. Also, a tall slim brunette with long hair gave us charisma too.
The drinks were flowing and we decided to order food. The Shack Shack burger was juicy and hit the spot, but really there should be at least a £1.50 charge for chips on the side; as the plate felt very empty. Or maybe side salad.

We had bottomless brunch here - Henry was fantastic! Always kept us topped up and made sure we were happy with everything. Will definitely be coming back!
Have to Shout out Jay! I’ve been Turtle Bay in the past, I don’t recall the food ever being this good!!. I highly recommend the Honey Bunny Yardbird & pulled chicken doubles. They have a brunch menu running everyday too!
Early lunch, whilst shopping in Croydon. Food was OK, but would have been better value to get the brunch; although who wants to be drinking so early in the afternoon. Maybe if I had gone there for an occasion, I would have felt more at ease and happily purchased the brunch. Did not represent good value for money a la cartè. Service was disappointing given that it wasn't very busy, although staff were friendly.
Great food in had curry goat it was spicy with the scotch bonnet peppers. The goat was soft and tender. Delicious
The waitress was kind and informative.
