Nando's Croydon - Colonnades

Excellent service. Staff was very dedicated to their work. It was my daughter’s birthday and they even together sang happy birthday for her, as bringing the cake to the table. I can only recall names of two of the staff members- Maya, Patricia, but everyone on shift were brilliant on 17th October, around 8pm at Colonnades, Croydon.

Went to purley nandos today. Was extremely happy with the staffs service and attitude. They made me and my family feel very comfortable and enjoyed our food as always! The manager of the store aswell as the other staff looked after us very well and I was extremely happy with tonight dining. I hope the team sees this and keeps up the great work. Thanks a lot Nandos purley!

Today, I received exceptional service with great attention to detail. Thanks to Raheem and the team at Nandos Colonnades. Even the security was on point with great service. We had a large party of kids and adults and nothing was too difficult for Raheem, even the little touches we did not think of. A few more managers could learn from Raheem about how service is done. Thanks Raheem, exceptional service with a smile.

I don’t usually leave reviews but feel a duty to write one when I get exceptional service. This was the case when I visited Purley Nando’s with my wife for our one year anniversary. The service we received from Bruno was absolutely exceptional. Bruno came to our table while we were eating, asked us how the food was and even though we said we were good he took initiative and let us know the food had been there for a while so he would warm it up. I’ve been going to Nando’s ever since I can remember and I have NEVER had anyone even offer to warm up my food, I didn’t even know this was an option. Bruno then continue to delight us in conversation, wished us a happy anniversary and kept engaging with us until we left the restaurant. It was only right, I took the time to leave a review. I will always come to Nando’s Purley as I am a permanent lover of the exceptional, 5 star, business owner level of service I received from Bruno. Thank you Bruno, you are a star!
