Wow... reminded me of taste back in India.
A small restaurant with cosy atmosphere to sip filter coffee an relax is all that I like. Followed by nice aromatic side dish with homely taste and then followed by true home tasting main course is all that I expecting and they lived in upto my expectations. The taste and aroma is a perfect mix of right amount of spices.
They dont have jazzy ambiance and neither they charge for same. Portions are just about right with prompt service.
I would recommend and will come back again.
I have been to this restaurant multiple times. It's a good restaurant with some nice kerala food options at an affordable price. Service is a bit slow when it is crowded, food is good. Kerala Porotta is awesome! I loved the beef items.
We dine at Taste of Kerala quite oftenl. Easy accessible Location and can always find parking. The menu had a good selection of dishes from the Kerala region, some of which were quite authentic and tasty. Even though you will find other indian restaurant near by in london road this restaurant has better menu if you are looking for kerala style menu. The one thing i have noticed always is there is no consistency in the taste or quality of the food. Today it taste mouthwatering and next time when you try it will be the otherway around. So i always find it difficult to suggest a dis to anyone.
If you go for the basic menu you could never go wrong dishes like meals, chicken biriani and such.
The service is good you will see this Goan aunty always welcoming you with a smile :) today when we visited there was a ney guy in the reception he was a bit rude to us but dont want to get into that detail. Overall, the experience was decent, but not exceptional. I recommend the restaurant for those looking to try Kerala cuisine, but with some reservations about the overall quality and ambiance of the establishment.
After a long long time experiencing the same rich aroma and taste of Kerla food. Definitely going to visit again and try many more flavors kerala has to offer and nicely served by this wonderful restaurant "Taste of Kerala"
Absolutely loved the whole experience in Taste of Kerala today 😍 Was craving authentic Kerala food and it was just perfect! The Chatti choru was soo delicious, definitely the highlight 😋 The staff and service were amazing too, very friendly and welcoming, would definitely come back again and will recommend to all my friends! Thank you ☺️
It's a small, no frills place but the food is from God's own country. The spice is perfect and the taste is something worth traveling for. Even though the place has a long list of takeaways and in house clients to deal with it, the servers are absolutely calm and collected. Be prepared to wait long for your order to arrive at your table but it's worth the wait.
We tried mostly Kerala dishes. Food was prepared in authentic Kerala style and tasted great 👍. Would definitely recommend for a Kerala dining experience. Great service as well.
This South Indian restaurant is amazing! They serve tasty dishes like dosas and curries. What's cool is they also have a little bar with drinks. So, you can enjoy the food and have a good time with drinks too. Super place for trying new flavors and having fun!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Taste of Kerala Restaurant, and I must say it was an absolute delight for my taste buds and senses. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a soothing ambiance that transported me straight to the beautiful landscapes of Kerala.
The menu at the Taste of Kerala Restaurant is a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the authentic flavors and vibrant spices of Kerala cuisine. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and presented, ensuring a truly unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant takes pride in using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and it definitely reflects in the exquisite taste of the food.
Very tasty foods. Highly recommended for all Indians especially Keralites.
Situated on London Road, walkable from Mayday hospital, is this little joint which we’ve frequented for years. The taste has always been the same, not a big hole in the pocket and easily caters to a very hungry tummy. Here are some dishes tried and tested that’s our family favourite -fresh lime soda, fish biryani (the best), Kerala parotta, mussel roast and Sardine fry. A definite ‘yes’ if you want to try simple KERALA cuisine.
