In full agreement with Mr. Roberts below – this is definitely the best chippie in Croydon and in fact serves some of the best fish and chips I have ever had (and I've eaten a lot of fish and chips – I come from Glasgow). It went downhill a bit last year as it was taken over by a young lad, he was quite a good cook but he couldn't take the pace and quit after a year, and the original owners have come back. They've been there for donkey's years and really know their stuff. Worth making a pilgrimage to.
