Love certain things on the menu but my last 3 visits the food has been underwhelming at best. Service is hit or miss outside of the bar. 3 stars Jan-11-2020 New visit service is the same hit or miss but the food was good tonight I had a blu burger rare I was very impressed with it. Sometimes this place is a miss but it's usually a hit more so then not.

Due to a food allergy, I had only a choice of wings and a vegetable side that I could eat. The wings were ordered with salted caramel sauce on the side (in case my sauce choice was a poor choice). The wings were over cooked and the wings were drenched in the sauce. The meal was not enjoyable due to this. The other person in my party had loaded mashed potatoes as a side. They were microwaved. It was busy, being a Friday night, but our waitress never came back to check on the meal or fill our drinks. The manager actually got a drink and a different server delivered our food and filled my drink. When we were finished is when our waitress asked "How are you doing? Do you need boxes to go?" NOT A GOOD NIGHT! EVEN IF IT WASN'T FOR THE LACK OF CHOICES WITH THE FOOD ALLERGY, I PROBABLY WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT RETURNING.

I usually like this place until last night. We sat at the bar right in front of the kitchen. Right below the kitchen you can see straight into the kitchen. The grill cook did not have gloves on which I guess is not a huge deal. I’m sure most cooks do not. However this cook was continually touching raw meat (steaks, burgers) and would then wipe his hands on his kitchen pants which were very dirty. He would then touch more food with his bare hands. I was there for about an hour and a half and he never washed his hands. He just kept touching peoples food with his hands. Absolutely unsanitary. This is unacceptable food safety practice and that needs to be addressed. I will definitely not be going back.
