Lady taking my order was absolutely miserable. The only words spoken by her during my time ordering was "is that all?" Completely ignored my 5 year old who tried to say hi to her 3 or 4 times.

They'd rather serve a limited menu and lose all their business than pay their workers enough to stay on. They'd literally rather not make any money than give it to their employees

They have a new Dark Roast that I really enjoyed. I wanted to try it but will be returning to my regular decaf. I would love to have a decaf dark roast option.

Horrible service every time I go there... I work in the mall and I still avoid this Tim’s.
It’s rare when they would get my order right or even take my order, considering if it’s even close to closing time they refuse to “make” any food. (Once I asked for a toasted bagel 3 hours before closing and they refused)

Have been going to this location everyday since August and have only ever gotten my coffee made right a few times. More often than not my cup is only 3/4 full. Have complained to them many times and never have they even offered compensation.
I am very displeased with this location.

Just wanted to express my disappointing experience in coming here at 830pm (half hour before closing) and not being able to order as "everything was turned off". Make sure to visit a few hours early if you want something.
