Ordered food at 1800, the delivery time said 1930, it was a Saturday night so that is fine. At 2030 became worried about the order as just eat said it had been delivered so I rang the restaurant. Was told to leave them alone and it will come when it comes and to just always ignore just eat in a rather rude tone. When the food arrived at 2100 some of it was cold and lacking onion bajis

Will not be ordering again. Twice now we have placed an order that just doesn't arrive, no notification or phone call and taken money with what seems no intent to honour. Called to see what's happening to be told they won't be making the order, no apology or compensation, just tough! Poor customer service and bad for Just Eat too as don't trust them now either as trying to get a refund! We were unfortunately one of many unhappy customers last night (NYE) and won't be ordering again.

Worst takeaway in UK, avoid.
Food was three hours late, owner called me a liar saying it was only an hour, despite me having a time stamped email from justeat.
Had to call twice to chase up, no apology given, no concessions made or offers to placate a disappointed customer. In fact, the owner was disgustingly rude.
Wrong curry delivered; I ordered a vindaloo, got some weird mild dish covered in parsley, it tasted like ****.
1/10 order from anywhere other than here.

Thursday the 9th April ordered food at 7:15 find the restaurant two or 3 times 22:45 food still has not arrived restaurant is now closed absolutely unbelievably ridiculous service will never order again

Firstly I have to say the food is good however repeatedly taken nearly 2 hours to get food and then items have been missing. Portion size is definately reduced drastically.
