The Boathouse

Ordered a couple of drinks before food. It was easy to get a table as it was late afternoon and everybody was still enjoying the sun on the beach. Wife ordered hallumi/ vegetable kebab which she thought was lightweight for the price. Mine was ok and so was the cheesy garlic bread. Total food bill was about £39 and then drinks on top.

Had a little mini break with the family we travelled from Birmingham, my children are very fussy eaters so it's very rare we manage to find a place that they actually eat the food. We visited The Boathouse, the staff were amazing with us all. Loved the service, good and vibe that much that we ended up spending near enough every night there for our dinner. Our last night we spent there as was my daughters 6th birthday, I booked a table online, they even seated us in our favourite seats, they surprised my little girl with a birthday cake styled rack of doughnuts with a candle, honestly made her day that she even saved one for James who I believe is the manager. I wanna thankyou all for your amazing service throughout our several visits this week, sorry i didnt manage name all of you haha. 11/10 from us and will see you next year xxx

Great views of the sea if you get a table upstairs. Food was quick, a little pricey but very decent portions. Waiters/waitresses weren't great. I asked if I could order another drink with my meal and was told "if you go to the bar", that's ok but a sorry would have been nice. Burger was missing sauce and I had to ask for more cutlery. Worth a visit for the views though.

We've been here a couple of times on holiday and we're never disappointed. This time we had our dog with us and they allow dogs in certain areas so luckily, we had our 'usual' table. We had the sharing platter between the four of us and items off the lite bites menu, Steak Fries and prawn sandwiches. All were at a high standard. Would recommend.
