Always wonderful customer service in this lovely place. Food and drinks are always exactly how they should be. A nice clean and tidy coffee shop. Well done to all that work there.
Nice place to go for a drink and a snack. Very open but not overwhelmingly big at all. Usually quiet, unlike the Costa opposite. Love that it accepts dogs, as my family like to go in there after a beach walk with our cocker spaniel. Recommended for a nice casual drink, and food selection is also pretty good, although lacking some essentials like gingerbread.
I love Starbucks. Service could be a bit quicker, but that will not stop me from going there.

I go in for lunch every week with mum, I allways have amazing food and drinks and mum gets a drink but I have noticed they havnt got many gluten free options and my mum normally cant get anything to eat last visit only one sandwich and it contained pork. I know from previous visits in the pass that they used to do more for this.
Dirty toilet, dogs allowed is nonsense, this is not Starbucks style,
We had green tea a muffin and pancakes, the were very nice. I liked the large mugs. The cafe seemed clean and tidy. The loo was clean and well maintained. There was only one person serving and doing their best, but the service was very slow. Having said the café had a relaxing atmosphere and we were let in with our dog. Brilliant, thanks

Had the experience of first test run on the delivery system first for me. Staff are organised polite, the delivery collection station dedicated for collections. The negative reviews don't reflect what I see.
No higher purpose than offering service to other. 5🌟Starbucks and that's from experience of delivering all over the country....
Love this Starbucks. Staff are always helpful and super friendly. Lots of places to sit too. Dog and kid friendly
