A business lunch stop today at this lovely pub 🍻 and restaurant.
It's a beautiful pub, very clean and cosy.
I didn't try any ale due to driving, but the cappuccino coffee ☕ was spot on.
We had a good chat in the bar and when the table was ready we were escorted through. The staff were great 😃 and very friendly.
We ordered mains only and they came out within 15-20 minutes.
I had the Hake Steak and it was very tasty 😋 probably one of the best I've had. Loads of flavour and the plate was left clean 🤩
Good accessibility ♿ for all
A big car park just up the road, 100m say. And some parking 🅿️ available on the side street also.
The toilets 🚻 were clean and tidy.
Fantastic visit and I can't wait to go back and try a 3 course meal 😋🤩

Fantastic place for food with a lot of options and prices. Staff were very attentive and were always available when needed. Would thoroughly recommend but do book as it's very popular

Wow wow !! As a chef you have to appreciate the food is amazing taste and flavour, the service is fantastic too the attention to detail and attentiveness of the front of house staff even when they are busy, I will be back thank you

The Dunkirk was recommended to us by a friend. I booked for my Wife's birthday and it was absolutely brilliant. Food was cooked to perfection, staff where fantastic. Will almost certainly be going again

Took the grandparents for Sunday lunch and the 5 of us had a wonderful meal. First time at this highly recommended pub, an hours drive for us but well worth it.
The 3 course dinner was exceptional, service attentive and with a smile, we will 100% return again and recommend.
Not far to tie in with a family walk to Cannon Hall aswell so keep that in mind for your relaxing Sunday!

Lovely place. Friendly staff, nice location, awesome food. If you're a huge fan of a nice Steak like me, then this place doesn't disappoint. No doubt in my top 5 of best Steaks ever. Highly recommended

This was the first time we have been since pub had a make over years ago but will definitely be going back. Food was great and staff were friendly and helpful

Amazing dinning experience at this beautiful location!
With a popular pub/bar at the entrance and multiple rooms for dinning upstairs.
Great selection of drinks and local beers which is essential!
Limited parking outside but street parking also available.
Stunning range of tempting food with very imaginative ingredients.
Perfect atmosphere with space between tables which adds to the personal space during the meal.
Highly recommended delisous food.

A fantastic way to top off a weekend the day was a washout so it all hung on the Sunday lunch here! The mackerel pate was a really good starter. Then followed by a traditional beef dinner excellent.

We loved eating here. The leek and potato soup was amazing on a cold and rainy day. Plus, there were fuzzy friends there. Everyone was super kind and the food was excellent.
