Jasmine Hookah Lounge

Ordered from door dash and nothing was correct. The food was completely different than I have ever had from Jasmines. I don't know if they got new owners but the food was not edible. We threw most of it in the trash. I ordered beef kufta and chicken swarma. We received grilled chicken and grilled steak. Both were way over cooked. The rice and salad were different and terrible.

Terrible place of business. I ordered my food online through square space and I get a confirmation email and number and time to pickup. I get there and nothing is ready, they tell me they never got an order from me even though it got charged to my card. They couldn't even refund me because apparently they never got the order. I had to go to my bank and file a claim for fraud and cancel my card just to be able to get refunded. First time ever here and the experience was absolutely terrible. I didn't even get to try any of the food in the end. If I could give it zero stars I would. The people working there weren't even helpful at all.

I was really looking forward to eating here. I completely enjoy Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. I ordered lamb. What I got was 10 half inch cubes of lamb, a cube of pure fat and two small pieces of teriyaki beef. It was served with two tablespoons of bitter and bland hummus and three tablespoons of tasty cucumber salad. There was only one occupied table so there was not a reason for my lunch to be so small and so bad.
