Insomnia Cookies

Such a great little cookie store that is open late for those midnight snackers! Cookies were delicious and the prices reasonable! The employees are very friendly and patient! Loved it! The only thing I would correct is that they put bakery papers between the cookies when you order more than four. Four will fit comfortably in a box but more than that and they need to be stacked which causes the flavors to blend.

Wow. We needed something sweet and found this place. Friendly service and warm cookies to go! Can’t beat that. It has super late hours for the college students; I’m sure it’s real busy when college is in session, but we visited just after the semester was over. The windows are darkly tinted so it was hard to tell if they were open at first. Right around the corner from Denton Square. Definitely recommend.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I have been a major lover of Insomnia Cookies for years. This location the past year has just been horrendous. Multiple occasions, I have ordered cookies to be delivered. Once, they marked it as delivered but never even left their store (after 3 hours). Another time, I waited for over 5 hours before finally getting 6 cookies… Last night, the cancelled the order immediately, and didn’t even tell me or email me. Today, I went into the store to get them for a party, and the staff literally looked like they wished they (and I) were dead. So incredibly rude and slow. The guy wouldn’t offer any of my *paid for* cookie magic benefits because he “didn’t know how” and didn’t want to ask for help… Cookies were burnt and not even half as good as they used to be. I’ve given them so many chances but I will never come back to this location and neither should you.

My bf ordered a cookie cake online. The store called him to confirm pick up time and he told them this is the ONLY time he can come get it. He goes to get the cookie and they employees tells him they have no orders they’re about to close there’s nothing they can do he can come back tomorrow or get a refund tomorrow. No accommodations no substitutions or anything. Next day he calls to talk to the manager asking her why would they call to confirm the order and not make it she told him she don’t know but she can have the order delivered he gave our address she said sorry you live to far all I can do is give you a refund . Poor customer service, waste of time and gas. What I don’t understand is how you don’t accommodate your customer it’s just cookies.

If you want cookies delivered 3 hours after you order them, this is your place. Cold cookies super late. It’s no better when I go in person. It was 5pm and I walked over from chipotle. It took 35 minutes to get my order and the cookies were not baked all the way. I don’t know what’s going on with this company, but if I had to guess they pay poorly and don’t hire enough drivers/support.
