Ordered a SPICY DOUBLE STEAK GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO and there's no steak at all, bitsy rice... more on flour tortilla, sauces and no jalapenos. NOT LIKE WHAT YOU SEE IN THE DRIVE-THRU PICTURE. NOT EVEN CLOSE. VERY VERY disappointed. Worse is I was forced to eat it. *Oh was that the double steak in one of the pic? two itsy bitsy small squared steak! I love the Bell but owners should look into their business personally once in a while. I guess it's time to gain back quality control, customer's trust and training.

This is less meat than I feed my 6 lb dog. This location used to be okay but has progressively worsened.
Paid extra for sour cream and tomatoes but didn't get it. (On multiple occasions.) For the one in the picture, I was told the physical receipt did not reflect the extra add-on, even though the app receipt does, so there's nothing they could do.
I also had a problem with things missing from my order on a previous visit. Was told my receipt would be honored and they would remake the order for me. But the manager supposedly was out sick and couldn't be contacted so this was never honored.
I am always super nice to this location cause I get that it's fast food and they deal with a lot. But when I am constantly letting things slide, it adds up to me losing out on a lot of my money. Trust me, we have let so much slide cause I genuinely like Taco Bell.
When I pay extra for stuff it feels like I've been cheated when I don't get what I paid for. Yes it's cheap fast food but that doesn't mean customers should have their money taken for no reason.

I’m usually understanding of the whole understaffing issue, and what not but this is quite out of hand.
We got here at 10:20pm with 6 cars in front of us, it is now 11:40 and I am still currently waiting in line with another car in front of me.
If this location has this bad of an issue with understaffing , then they should just close down for the day.

My husband and I ordered from here yesterday, and both our tacos hardly had meat, and his crunch wrap literally only had meat In the very last bite of it. Both of my chalupas has maybe 4 pieces of meat in there and more sour cream then taco. Taco Bell is getting ridiculously stingy for their frozen meat that they microwave. I will never come to this place again. The food was not worth it for the price we paid. I could have made tortillas with lettuce and cheese at home. Smh.

I've been coming to Taco Bell for over 50 years, most of it positive. Recent changes in ordering are frustrating. One example: your menu on the wall shows choices 1 through 9.
Let's say I decide on number 1. I go to place my order and there is no number 1 any where.
Now I have to start wading through a bunch of possibilities trying to find the equivalent to number one. Why?
I have already made my decision once, all I want to do is order and eat. Why has Taco Bell complicated ordering?
I suggest Taco Bell adds an Express ordering section at the very beginning allowing people to Simply choose a number from 1 to 9.
Then if that is not satisfactory, they can open the existing new detailed version and customize to their heart is content.
I am a computer savvy senior, and can figure it out. But, I shouldn't have to work that hard just to order my beloved number 1 .
When I specify five hot sauces and they don't give me any, routinely, why have that kind of detail on the ordering sheet?
I have watched a lot of frustrated people of all ages trying to order. I wonder how many previous loyal customers Taco Bell has already lost, and will keep losing?

No sense of customer service. Ordered one Mexican Pizza from the Kiosk. Waited 15 minutes. No other customers placed dine-in orders during my stay; I was the Only one in the dining room the entire time. Checked on order after 15 min., was told they were "getting to it". Waited 5 more minutes, saw no progress, asked for a refund. Vanessa C glared at me the entire time she was processing the refund, as she told me her "DT screen was full", as I said that was really not my concern. She then told me "I needed more patience". Need to review "Service Recovery Steps": 1) Sorry about the wait, here is a fountain drink. 2) I will make your order right away. 3) Simple as that. While I was waiting, a family of 3 came up to Vanessa and said they were not comfortable using the kiosk, and asked if she could take their order at the register. She told them that was not possible, and they left. More lost revenue, all could have been reversed with a good attitude from the person in charge.

A typical taco bell, not much else to say. Usually good with speed, lack more on listening and customer focus. Messed up my sister's order when she asked for less of the spicy jalapeño sauce for her quesadilla. Unfortunately she simply couldn't eat it due to the spice, so I had to eat it for her. Had that not been the case, it would have gone to waste as we were already home and you know nobody really wants to go back to the drive thru to deal with this kind of thing. Should have been right the first time.
Update: Finally gave this place a second chance after a year and they completely butchered the chicken quesadilla I ordered on door dash. Jalapeño sauce was only on one section, cheese wasn't even the right cheese and even uncooked to top it off. Looks like they threw it on to cook for 2 seconds and then couldn't be bothered with it anymore. Order was made around 1am, time is 1:12 at time of arrival. Whoever was on shift and made this quesadilla needs to be retrained or something because what the hell even is this? Quesadilla isn't even cut or in the right packaging unless the packaging has changed but I dont see why it would have.

The employees here are doing a fantastic job. They're definitely not getting paid enough to put up with the bs required of the job, which is on Taco Bell, not them. A+ food and service. Even got a smiley face on my bag :)
