Went today for the first time, never knew this beautiful little restaurant was here. The food was delicious,the waiting staff were pleasant and attentive. A piece of Spain in Derby will definitely return.

This area is truly stunning!! The employees were extremely accommodating and recommended the most popular dishes and dishes with the proper size for our party. Every single item we ordered was exceptionally flavorful, and arrived fast and hot from the kitchen. I'm sure I'll return!!!

Never had tapas before so it was really nice to try all the different dishes and get a better understanding of the cuisine.
Heartily recommend (not cheap though, if you’re ordering multiple plates, be careful not to overspend, the set plates were good value however).

Simply outstanding. Amazing tapas, lovely staff and great service. Enjoyed so many different dishes, all delicious, with a decent bottle of red wine. Relaxed and superlative dining.

Honestly, can't recommend Lorentes enough! The food has been incredible every time, service has always been friendly and fast. Depending on what time you go it can either be nice and quiet or have a buzzing atmosphere in the restaurant.
If you've got 4 people, try the tasting menu!

Delicious food and so helpful. I have some dietary restrictions at the moment and our server and the kitchen were so helpful and accommodating, they worked really hard to help me eat something delicious

Lovely experience, came in for a friend's leaving do. Wonderful customer service from Dan, food check backs from the lovely lady working as well. Food was absolutely delicious and came out at a steady pace, definitely would visit again!

Absolutely brilliant authentic Spanish tapas at this intimate restaurant in the traditional heart of Derby. Loved every moment and made us yearn for more wonderful Spanish food experiences. Great wine, cheese and service too.
