What an absolute find! Slightly tucked just off the main route this restaurant is worth a visit. Atmosphere, food, wine and staff were excellent. Relaxed evening with some of the best Italian food I have tasted for ages. I will certainly be back again soon.
What a gem, a real taste of Italy, real Italian food cooked and served by real Italians, exquisite food and lovely service, we had a family meal here for my stepson's 18th, one of the best and most relaxed family meals out we have had, and great value too, a very special evening

Wow, what a place. I discovered this on Just eat, not hoping for much but was blown away by the taste and quality of food here! I ordered pizza, pasta, and lamb curry while I was severely hungover. The lamb curry tasted authentic and the best I have had than any other takeaway, full of flavour and spices. The pizza was delicious too, Italian style as I expected from a place with an Italian name. Since then, I have visited this place on 3 other occasions so a raving review was long overdue. The quality has remained consistent. I have had the chicken curry as well and that too hit the spot. The owners are friendly and hospitable every time I have gone over to collect. If you like real Indian food, then this is the little hidden gem of Derby you need to visit! You won’t be disappointed .
It was a very good experience to have a freshly cooked Indian vegetarian 3 course meal at Italian Cucina restaurant in Sinfin area of Derby. The food was just like home cooked food with amazing taste. Samosa chat was delicious and the main meal was also very tasty and good. The owner was very nice and even as a big group of more than 30 friends, we were served extremely well. Thank you! Next time we can try their Italian dishes.
We have been here 4 time's now and tried different dishes every time.
My favourite dishes are the samosa chaat for starter then the butter chicken, mushroom rice and chilli and onion naan which is nothing shy as some of the best Indian food I've had.
It is a hidden gem tucked away not far from where I live so walking distance and no more going into town for a quality curry.
The people who run the restaurant are a family and very passionate about the successfulness of their business and I wish them all the best for the future.
I've been eating here for five months now probably even longer the food is immaculate and tasty especially there samosa Chaat one of my comfort foods and my go to favourite snack at Italian cucina ...... Also there butter chicken and garlic naan is to die for 🤤🤌 hits the perfect craving spot!!

Had an 80th birthday party at Italian Cucina in July 2023, the restaurant was beautifully decorated and the food was perfect. The food was so amazing that we decided to use them for a home catering family event which was very short notice, Manju and the team were incredibly accommodating to dietary requirements including gluten intolerances. The food arrived hot, on time and was a mix of mixed grill, Indian curries and pizza. All of the guests commented on how amazing the food was. We would definitely order from Italian Cucina again and recommend them for anyone to use in the future.

We were in Derby for the day and needed somewhere to eat. We don't know the area or where any restaurants were so we relied on Google and found Italian Cucina.
After a little concern about the outside area we entered the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. It looks newly refurbished or they just really look after the place well.
I am a restaurateur and have no complaints whatsoever.

Nice place to dine in. Friendly staff and homely food. Great Samosa Chaat. Did not expect Indian food but when i got there my eyes fell on the Samosa chaat in the menu and it was amazing. Was served a massive portion. I'd definitely visit and recommend this restaurant.
Absolutely delicious food. Can't believe I hadn't heard of this place earlier. Looks a little dated on the outside so dont be put off, the inside and the food are beyond expectations! We had pizza along with some of the indo Chinese food and I can't wait to go back for more.
Came in with 2 other lads, 3 pizzas and a tagatelli. This place didn't put a food wrong. Definitely returning and ordering different to try the other foods
