This place is a bit of a mixed bag. Sometimes service is good and you get your food promptly. On other occasions you are left waiting over 10 minutes for your meal while the queue of people gets ever bigger.
Most of the times i've been in this BK the upstairs has been closed for cleaning. The upstairs must need a lot of cleaning.
Up shot is decent food most of the time but there can be a wait and a queue.
Seems to be a little run down and dingy. Upstairs seating area is unavailable. Staff, however, are very good and well turned out. Good location for it as it is near the bus station.
Had a huge order which got a little muddled up, however the staff were quick to sort it out and offered us freebies to compensate so nothing to complain about. Brilliant customer service.
Friendly staff and value for money. The frozen coke is beautiful. Although had to clean our own table.
I had chicken Royale and chilli cheese bites. They were delicious. Im just giving one start less becoz of the ambience. Otherwise, for food it's 5 stars..
Quite, compared to the noise you get in McDonald's. The store was clean and tidy. Service friendly but a little slow.
It is what it has always been, a burger fast food restaurant, a little bit of upgrading wouldn't go a miss along with more customer focused staff, not the cleanest of places but I'm yet to visit a Burger King that is, although the food is always on par, when you get your correct order that is, be wary of the super size, not much difference from a medium meal only a larger drink...5 stars for value, shame about the whole set up.....
Would be better If the staff knew how to take orders correctly. Food was brilliant.
Nice clean place to eat. Has small seating area tho. Food was tasty and cooked quickly.
