Drive thru and inside were busy and staff were doing a good job keeping up. Wifi available. I ordered munchkins to wash the coffee ☕ down. You may want to order online and go inside for quicker service if you don't mind getting out of your vehicle. Recent renovations look good. Bathroom was in good condition. Dine in available. The mural is gone.

So just stopped to get a cold brew. Placed an order thru the app. Went thru the drive thru was told to pull up. Got to the window and was told they were out of cold brew. I get it it was 7:30. She said I could get an expresso shot. She was kind of snippy when I told her that was not the same. I made comment that I already paid so I guess I would have to get something different. She never offered to refund. Any time there is an issue they don't like to do a refund because it seems that only a few there know how. Since the reno I have not seen any improvement in the staff. Was hoping that they would take some pride in their job but no that is not the case. So much for hoping and thinking that I would back to the location at Ashley Dr.Their lobby is closed has been for 1 1/2 to 2 months. Drive up only and they are very slow.

Store has been renovated. Staff are apparently all new, and not fast at their jobs. Missing and wrong items on all orders so far, even with the printed slip from online orders. Spent 27 minutes in line , with only 6 cars ahead of me. The quality of the food is as expected at least. Serious improvements needed in staff productivity.

The staff were very cheerful and made sure the order was right (it was just coffee,) but it was really slow. It took 15 minutes to get through the line with 2 cars ahead of me. 🤷‍♀️ I might not have cared so much, if I wasn't on my way to work and only had so much time to spare....I'm just glad I left home as early as I did.

No matter what time in morning the drive thru is always socked in, every Sunday it is closed except for pickup. Always a sign on the door or a car blocking the drive thru. They need to update their schedule online. One of the worst Dinkins in the area for time waiting, always long lines, slow people at drive thru and wrong orders, prices go up and service is slow, they need to replace the site manager because you never know what you get when ordering and especially never know if Lobby/Drive Thru is open it's a chance you have if this place will be open or closed so don't go by their online schedule never the same.
