Our usual chippy was closed so decided to try Mr Chips. Honestly some of the best we’ve had in a long time, hot, not at all greasy and delicious. Will be back without a doubt

I visited Mr Chips this evening, I am working in the area and really fancied decent fish and chips.
Mr Chips is right in the middle of Diss and there is parking outside.
The shop is light and airy, and well presented. Sadly they had no rock so I went for medium cod and chips.. The prices are reasonable, and the fish was cooked fresh.. I didn't have to wait long. My dinner was seved up in a smart box and smelt fantastic.
Portion was good, batter on the fish was cooked to perfection and the chips were too.
Its a 10 out of 10 for me.
Next time I am in the area I will definately be calling in again

Quick and friendly service. Lovely clean and bright looking chippy! Lots of salt and vinegar given and the chips are amazing! Fried in vegetable oil/fat so suitable for veggies. £2.20 for a small. Not cheap but not expensive either. I'll be back soon for a large... enjoy the chips/view!

Order 2 small cod, curry sauce, portion of chips, haven't ordered for a while from you. The whole order was absolutely amazing, two empty plates and two very satisfied customers, looking forward to the next time we order from you.

The shop is always lovely and clean and the food it’s always fresh and delicious prepared there and then they make every single customer feel special and worthy and always meet all expectations.I would highly recommend it to everyone as it’s so many variety and a bargain for all pockets :)
