Loved it here. Spacious garden perfect for a drink in the nice weather. Food is nice as well.

Consistently good food, very reasonably priced with lovely staff and a large beer garden. Dogs are welcome in the garden. Food only served until 8pm (not 9 like most similar establishments) so take care to ensure you order in good time as they stop taking orders at 8pm on the dot.
Very welcoming local pub. On arrival you’re welcomed with plenty of outdoor seating and some covered.. inside is modern and comfy, staff always polite and quick to serve, good selection of alcohol and soft drinks, food menu is extensive and well priced.. locals are friendly enough.. lounge and bar with pool table is available. Plenary of parking.
Having working away a lot we eat out a lot and I would go as far as to say that It was one of the best burgers I've eaten the ultimate spicy beef burger and beer is a absolute must. Thank you.
Great local. Staff working hard to create a good vibe. Always friendly and welcoming. Great place to call in for a couple of relaxing beers. Would like a craft pale on though. Maybe NeckOil or Punk IPA!!

Travelled down from Beverley, to spend the day with good friends, ended up staying all day celebrating the Childers 50th birthday, what a great day it was, the weather was kind, the atmosphere was fantastic and the food was exemplary, the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend the Flying Childers.

The food is great, The employees and nice and it’s a nice place to have diner, lunch or breakfast. 9/10, i defiantly recommend. The only thing I would change about it is that there isn’t many vegan options.
