The service is good. The staff are friendly. Vaccination certificates are checked which provides assurance to public health. The food was delicious but at times inconsistent, possibly due to different chefs? The roast pumpkin and feta salad was amazing one week but average on a recent occasion. I really enjoyed the fish tacos and the pumpkin and coconut curry with chicken. They're my favourite two dishes on the menu. The ambience is family friendly and I was also impressed that I was not charged for soda water. I also like the fact that you can order via the online menu accessible from QR code at your table.

We had our engagement party in the Garden Bar over the weekend. Lauren the events manager was amazing from day 1. Always quick to respond and provide clear information. The night went smoothly, and the bar staff were incredible - always keeping a drink in my hand and keeping us updated on the tab. Thank you so much!

The food was fine, however the service was not good at all. The meals didn’t come out at the same time, which is expected, but people were finished their main meals before kids meals came out. After asking about the food that had not yet come out, the waiter went and got the food for us that had obviously been sitting out for ages, and was not even warm. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time when the service has been bad here.

I was one of the very regular customers at this shopping town hotel until we came across “Casey”the manager, we would never go back to this place because of her rude and unprofessional behaviour towards us, she was using abusive language when talking to us, she was insulting us when no one actually was under influence of alcohol. We are taking this matter further. I realised that she is talking to few other people in the same manner. If you are reading this message, you better know that there are many nice pubs and restaurants around the same area that employs more professional staff members and have much better customer service and also better food. It’s a waste to spend a cent in this place.

Booked a table for 10 near the window with high chair. Was given a table for 8 near the playground, no high chair. Meals were not delivered together, minimum wait from ordering was 90 minutes. No plates cleared, needed to ask for kids and pre ordered deserts. Staff were friendly. If you do not have enough staff, close some tables!

We have visited the bistro numerous times before & have had really positive experiences, until tonight. Made a booking for 6.30pm & ordered our meals at 6.45. Both my wife & myself ordered steaks ( one Medium & one Medium Rare.) 7.30pm & still no meal. Patrons are coming in long after us & are receiving their meals before us. I asked one of the staff members why our order is taking so long, to be told that they lost our order,but no one approached us to tell us. 8pm our meals finally arrive (75 minutes after ordering.) The steaks were dry & bland that we didn't finish. Very very disappointed with the service & probably won't be returning.
