Visted this Dorchester Subway. Since the lockdown, unfortunately the quality of food has gone down. Bread was dry. I sure the foot long is not 12inches, but more like 10". …
Whether ordering in store on a delivery app, they never get the orders how you want them. Worse for delivery, no care when reading the order to ensure the correct items are sent. Poor service!
I was looking forward to getting a Subway today, but the customer area/service counter was left unattended for at least 5 minutes until I gave up waiting and had to leave. To say there is room for improvement is an understatement!
I paid £5 extra for ham on my chicken sub, only for it to arrive and have a measly amount of chicken with a tiny slither of melted cheese and no ham! If I wanted a chicken sandwich I would have made it myself rather than pay £20 for some bread and chicken that I could have made myself for less than a fiver!
The worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The manager was incredibly rude and clearly has no idea how to speak to customers. I honestly don’t know how he ever became a manager.
