Great place for coffee, but even better got home made cakes and biscuits! The early bird however gets the best cakes, they are liable to sell out quickly. Lots of space downstairs, including a comfortable sofa if upstairs is busy.

Bought an Americano and two cookies (salted caramel and muesli incase you were wondering) to go. Spot on. Will definitely sit in when I have more time.

Went several times during our stay and always impressed by the staff and the food and drink. Wish it was nearby to go more often

We went to the cafe for a hot bowl of soup, ended up having coffee and some toast. :)
The place has a old and slow charm to it. Very welcoming staff and good selection of cakes and coffee!
Pro tip: go a little before 1 to enjoy the much talked about fresh soup!

Let’s get the most important out of the way. The coffee is excellent, and they have an assortment of homemade cakes and cookies. But what brings this coffee place to the very top is the exceptional friendliness of the staff there. It feels like a place locals hang out. It comes with my highest recommendations.
