We regularly visit Simply Sarah's in Doune for our lunch.
The fillings for the rolls are very good quality and always fresh.
I had the roast beef salad on a granary roll with coleslaw which was delicious.
My son had a roll on link sausage and a roll on lorne sausage, he enjoyed them a lot.
We were very satisfied with the service from the friendly staff as well.
If you are passing through Doune and hungry definitely pop in.

Great cafe just a 5-minute walk from Doune Castle. Fresh, local ingredients prepared right in front of you, along with a super friendly staff.

Stop a lot of different cafes/vans places for breakfast. This one is one of the best by far, proper rolls, proper great link sausage and service with a smile.
If you are thinking about trying a brownie, DO IT!!! They are amazing :)

I brought 3 Americans to Sarah's and they were spoiled!!! Square sausage, brown sauce, tablet, gingerbread, cinnamon scones........ Sarah let them try everything. They loved it, and what a friendly little place!!!

Google maps does it again! Steered us to this smashing wee place. Huge and delicious sausage roll (home made, and you can tell!) and salad, and fantastic cakes. Definitely highly recommended!

Amazing chicken, bacon and leek pie and millionaire's shortbread. The ladies are fabulous, we had a great natter while our coffees were made. Will definitely go back on our next run up that way.
