I don’t know what to say. June 7, my son placed an order through the app for the Forest Ave location in Dover, DE. The first two pictures explain my frustration. I ordered no pickles. The tag says no pickles. But there are pickles on my burger. The manager took care of that for me. Today, my son placed an order through the app again from the Forest Ave location again. Hoping not to get the same outcome as the last time. This time I asked for no pickles and extra onions. The last two pictures shows what it received. The ticket says no pickles and extra onions. I received extra pickles and no onions. Can’t go back because we were late for a church meeting. I called for ten straight minutes and the line is busy. I will go tomorrow to get this fixed. This is really sad.

So recently I've been getting ice caramel coffees, And I just love the sweet caramel taste but I have not been tasting sweetness I've been tasting milk. It's like they barely put caramel flavor in the coffee. You need to do better on the flavoring since you put ice and milk inside the coffee together, And then wanna charge extra for caramel flavoring. Not cool

The food was fresh and the employees were great but the one star is given due to the EXTREMELY RUDE and AGGRESSIVE manager that worked tonight 4/28 around 2 am. He cursed and disrespected his staff I was absolutely DISGUSTED . I’ve never seen anyone speak to people like that in my life and no matter the circumstance it is NEVER warranted . I really hope something is done about this because that is a terrible work environment. The staff deserves a raise and an apology . FIRE that manager .

I am not a huge fan of McDonald's but today I decided to go with my friend. We ordered online and pulled up. Well, it's been 40 minutes and we still haven't gotten our food. 2 people have come out to check on us and we told them we were waiting on our food. I even went inside and they said they were waiting on fries. So here I am, still waiting. Multiple cars pull up next to us, park, and sit for less than 5 minutes but here I am, still waiting. I'm really not happy about it but I can say that McDonald's has great milkshakes so if you like milkshakes and wasting time def come here :)

Ordered a double quarter pounder with no pickles. They told me to pull up and park. 10 minutes later someone finally brought my food out to me. I'm driving down thr rad and grabbed my burger to eat it. The meat was raw! The fries were cold with hardly any salt. So this $10 meal was disappointing and I only had my sweet tea. Nothing else was even edible.
