I just wanted to say how great my experience at Pizza Express was tonight! We were so well looked after, we weren’t kept waiting for anything, drinks arrived promptly, the chef even bought our meals over as he could see our server was busy at another table, and over all, everything was fantastic.
I ordered the vegan pizza, which was amazing! And I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends!

We had a party here for my daughter today and it was by far the best party we’ve had so far!... staff were great with all the kids, they loved making their own pizzas and then getting to eat them, not to mention the dough balls for starter and dessert! 10/10 really impressed
Great chain restaurant, they cater well for those on gluten free diets, very clean and friendly staff

The kids three course menu is very good value. Also offer activity books and crayons which is great. Service was good and staff were good. The adult pizzas are large. Generally the prices at Pizza Express are a bit steep, best to use a voucher if you can.

Pizza express food is fantastic. As a vegan it is one of my favourite vegan pizzas EVER. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I have is that the first time I visited I stood waiting for a table for around 20 mins before any of the staff even greeted me and even then there was no apology for the wait. The layout of this restaurant in particular isn't the best either, the tables are VERY close together so you always end up sitting uncomfortably close to other customers.
Good restaurant for a decent meal. Always found the staff here very pleasant and friendly. They even offer up recommendations if you'd like. The food is prepared fresh and tasted great. They were able to fix me up something which is no longer on the menu as well. That was very much appreciated (if management is reading this!).
Fantastic food and service for our visit before Xmas 2019.
The food was spot on, arrived quickly and from a really pleasant and friendly waiter. The food wasn't greasy or soggy, you can tell all ingredients were fresh and it was made to order.
This restaurant has now closed the top floor and is open on the ground only ( for how long is anyone's guess!)
No mayo, coffee machine not working and a couple of things missing off the menu. And although nice staff the customer service was a bit slow. The food we had was good. Kids had the 3 course kids menu the adults had the festive Pizzas which were tasty.
Friendly, honest staff, after booking a table of 6 5 days ago via the mobile app I had a call from the manager checking everything was still on for the booking, with extra effort to position us in a quiet area, when we arrived everything was spot on 😊 the food, drinks and dessert even with the lack of hot chocolate everything was sorted swiftly as well as the Christmas decorations made our kids feel comfortable and excited. Thank you.
Nice Pizza Express though for some reason they're only using half the restaurant at the moment so worth booking in advance in case they don't have any space. Having said that they did fit us in at short notice and were really good with the kids. Food was hot and very tasty especially after a busy day out and about. Would go again. Only thing that was tricky was finding it in the confusing mess that is Merry Hill!
I was actually unaware that Pizza Express had such a strong gluten free offering. Most of their pizzas can be made using a gluten free base which saved me from going with something a little more mundane. The service was fast, staff were polite and the restaurant was super clean.
