I like to go here for some quite time i love the coffee it is better than Starbucks one. The cakes and pastries are quite over priced but I still buy them specially the almond slices. I love it. Staffs very friendly. Sometimes it is busy on the drive through so you end up wait for someone to serve you.

The drinks and service were great, and the premises were clean and tidy. The only problem was it was very, very cold 🥶. I think they had air conditioning on when they could have done with having the heating on.

I used to have severe issues with this Costa coffee the order was always wrong and the place was always dirty and the staff rude but I think that was now due to the old manager as it seems like it has sorted itself out and for the better. So far no complaints from here and the coffee is always nice

Always chirpy and cheerful, never takes too long, always tastes amazing even though sometimes a mocha can be slightly stronger than other times but that’s the good thing of having it made by an actual person! Love it

Drinks from Costa are always delicious and more affordable than a lot of other places. Their roast of coffee is nice and well balanced, they have a lot of variety in drinks, ranging from coffee, to hot chocolate, tea, bubble tea and coffee, frappes and iced drinks. They also serve a large amount of food, having partnered with M&S to make their range even better. Travel cups and other assorted products are also available to buy, if you want to get a gift for someone. They have a membership scheme too, which gets you a free drink, as well as occasional discounts and rewards on the app.

Quick friendly service to day, unfortunately, no Danish available, so I had to settle for a lemon muffin. It was very quiet during my visit so no real atmosphere, very quite could do with some background music.

Very busy and very slow service. Staff did not acknowledge that you were waiting and they would be with you soon. Poor basic service skills.

This is my go to Costa for both drive thru and eat in, the staff are always fab and the vibe inside is always pleasant. It can get busy at times but the staff clear up tables fast so you can get a seat. Wanted to do a special recognition today for Jordan who served me and Leah who prepared our drinks. They were both lovely and made our visit so much better. Thank you!
