Typical spoons really. Food is consistent and generally pretty good.
The biggest issue with this spoons is the accessibility. Being a wheelchair user I have to inconvenience so many people to get to a table. There aren't enough paths between tables, and the tables are far too packed together. It's not nice having to rely on the kindness and patience of others to move, just so I can get a table. And they've put a table directly outside the accessible toilet.

Let’s start with its a Spoons you know what you are going to get. Nothing gourmet, no rare bread hand made sausage or hand smoked home cured bacon
What you will get is cheap filling not much better than the local greasy spoon
The breakfast was ok a little cooler than I would like
The best part it the free refills of coffee and tea
Staff are friendly and efficient

As always, quick service and good food. Pop in here often when shopping at Merry Hill. Always busy but service has always been faultless for us.

Good place for a quick cheap meal. It's a spoons and a safe haven for the mentioned above.
Staff are reasonably friendly and prompt and they sure know how to pour a pint.

Usually always here for a breakfast and never have been dissatisfied with my order. The food is your standard JD food and never really have a problem with it. Fast and friendly service along with decent quality food which is perfect for a quick meal.

Always decent in this spoons. One of the better ones to drink in, must say i do like the waterfront one tho takes me back to the days when the clubs were open. Ive never had food so cant rate this, but worth a visit on those busy days shopping in merryhell

The food is your standard JD fare but the staff at this Wetherspoons are what really seal the deal. Super friendly, fast service, attentive (not a regular but the gentleman behind the till still knew what we'd had previously) very impressed!
Sensory wise it's a busy atmosphere, but the lighting inside isn't overbearing and there's a large outside garden area

Food is delicious and worth the price! Rarely had issues and if I did there was this lovely lady I think was the manager helping every way possible. Completely amazing service this woman was amazing and so kind!!!! Curry is delicious especially the mango chutney definitely recommend.

A quick bite to eat before heading to the cinema. Very busy as it was half term. Ordered via the app which I liked and the food and drink was brought to the table quicky.
The food itself was good, you can't do much wrong to Sausage and Chips and an All Day Brunch. Very enjoyable and good value for money.
Con's .. not sure if the staff were having a bad day, but they didn't seem to be enjoying themselves. Noticeably smile free.
