I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget and a drink. I was the only person in the drive thru and they weren't busy. I only got 7 nuggets. This Wendy's is awful

So 3 biggie bags and 3 chili on order $26. First 3 large chili was 2 and 1 small, double stack no pickle no mustard had pickle and mustard and no cheese. Fries appeared to be scrapped from yesterdays supply, no straws for drinks which tasted like acid on steroids, no sauces for nuggets, no napkins no spoons and spicy nuggets were ordered but got regular. All this and had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring it me while car after car went past me from the drive through. This place needs an education on how to provide quality customer service !!!

The girls at the window were really nice, we ordered meals and they put each meal in its own bag. Never had that done before

The baked potato looked like it had been there for days, single was dry, coke came out green. This was a terrible experience. Will not be going back.

Cashier was on her phone w her back turned for at least 3 minutes. Once she turned around there was no greeting or smile, just stared.
Luke warm at best fries & chicken nuggets even though it was before 11:30am. Chicken sandwich was slightly warm. Very disappointing experience, not what is typical of Wendy's.

Me and my daughters have eaten there usually once a week . I cook a lot but sometimes it is nice to take a day off, and we can all find something we like at Wendy's, and I think they're fairly priced, at least for the items we choose. And there had been a few people working there for years who were very friendly and got your order right. I don't see them anymore. Instead we have mostly young people and some of them are very sweet. But they don't listen very well. I have ordered a hamburger numerous times for my daughter. I've got to where I check before I leave. It is almost always a cheeseburger. The girl hates cheese. I ordered chocolate chip cookies and got raisin instead. And in the evening, I would order a cheeseburger deluxe for myself and I was starting to believe the bun was supposed to be toasted or hard as a rock. Like that was the signature difference you get a hard rock bun on the deluxe. There was no sign saying they close at 9 . And there should have been. Signs really help. I see it says 10 but the gentleman on the intercom said 9 and it was 9:06. For a place that closed I believe at midnight, it would be nice to let people know before they drove up to the intercom with their order ready. This is the most mixed review I've ever given because this place has been such a place of good memories over the years. I just think the company needs to train better, and maybe appreciate their employees when they are doing a great job. Also, I don't know the rules on this anymore. But the long wolverine finger claws with no gloves on , handing me my food... that's kinda unprofessional. At least make sure you have gloves on those babies if you're really allowed to wear them.
