best subway meatball sub i have had in years was from this place which is subway of dunbar,wv... day 1 took one home delicious, day 2 took one in a spinach wrap home and ate it all, then on day 3 i ate it again at the actually subway just to prove i was at subway... and i got full. also they have a coca-cola freestyle machine which is superior to all the fountain dispensers.

Arrived at Dunbar Subway. Waited in car for line to go down because even with the two customers it's always a long wait. Left and came back at 10:00 PM doors locked open sign off. Sat in car to write this and worker came to door and unlocked it at 10:24 PM and refilled their cup and went to the back. Ok if worker by theirself they need another person for relief. Just lost my Dunbar business. Couldn't tell if worker was male or female with the cap and curly hair.

Usually good Subway to go to. Fresh ingredients most of time. Sometimes staff takes forever making the subs. If there's a line of more that 2 people, chances are you will be there a while.

Placed online order, drove there to have the door locked with a sign saying closed due to maintenance issue. I shouted to the two employees that I had an online order, one came to the door and said he'd cancel it and the money would go back on card...it hasn't an hour later. The order appears completed on the app like I picked up the food. Immediately used the contact us on their sight to only a generic response. Will dispute charge on Monday if not fixed.

Not wearing masks. I placed an online pickup order and when I arrived both employees were wearing their masks around their chin, not covering their nose or mouth. We ordered two chopped salads that were not chopped and did not have any salt and pepper on them though they were ordered and both sandwiches we ordered toasted neither where toasted, we also ordered chips and had to come back for those. Training needs to be a bigger focus at this location.
