Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House

We have ordered from various locations around the Kanawha Valley. We are in Charleston but order from Dunbar for the quality of the food and the fact that it’s ready when they say it will be. If accuracy of your order is important, this is your Gino’s. This is in my opinion the most professional Gino’s in customer service and food quality. I order from them and go out of my way to pick it up because I value great service, accuracy and quality. Dunbar is our go to.

Reset your times on Google and also if you can't have an order ready by noon do not offer it by noon on your online ordering. I've ran businesses and have never told a customer I can't do something. Used to be the customer was the issue but I can tell after reading all the reviews it's definitely this stores management!

I placed an order totaling about $50 worth of food. I ordered online from this location. I contacted to find out about my order after an hour. They stated they hadn’t received my order. They asked me to speak to a manager and explained that “yet again another online order was placed but not showing on their end”. They asked if I had been charged. I checked and it showed that I had been. This manager then asked about my location. Upon giving it, she said they don’t deliver here. I assured her they did (~1 mile away). She asked a delivery driver. He confirmed they do indeed deliver here. She then asked if she should take a chance that I ordered from a different store and deliver my food (absolutely not). The driver advised her to re-bill me. I refused and said I’d cancel my order. Checking my account again, the double billed me. If you value your money, time or patience avoid this place.

Called Gino's New Years eve at 5:15 to ordered their special. A 14' 3 topping pizza with 10 wings. She said there is an hour and a half wait. I went ahead and ordered, our son picked it up at 6:15, brought it home, the pizza and wings we cold, we did not get the double pepperoni. I called them back and the gal who answered said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do about it I said you cant replace these with a hot pizza and wings, she said no...Today I called the Manager, explained it to her YOU GUESSED IT... She said if you would of kept the food I would of replaced it but since you ate it there is nothing I can do.. I said are you a manager, she said yes I am, I said well you are a piss poor manager and I will never buy another thing from GINO'S and will post this so others can think twice before they buy from you.

The food has always been great. Lately, the service? Not so much. Try to call in an order, the first thing you hear is, "Can you hold?" ten minutes later, after listening to the employees chatting about their personal lives, you hang up, call back, and get, "Can you hold please?" Another 10 minutes. The service is terrible. Whereas, called the local Pizza hut, put my order in, delivered in 20 minutes.

Called an order in and told me it would take an hr. For my delivery. Took all my info. Everything good. “” 1 hr later they call me and say I’m out of their delivery area. 3.5 miles is how far I’m from there store. This makes me very upset. Will never eat at any of these chains as long as I live. And I will deter all who ask. Best advice is to actually learn your job and do it to the best of your ability if you would like to achieve greatness in life. Keep on that path and you get nothing.
