Arby's

Unfortunately I had HAIR in my sauced honey hot wings,returned them and was told they were remade. Unbeknownst to me they remade the fries and gave me the same chicken, same box,same hair. I had to take pictures because I can't believe it. Whole staff of teenagers and a mgr was there. So I guess corporate is next because this is ridiculous.

We were asked to mow the lawn at arbys jn dundee this spring, ( it was horrible, very tall, garbage in yard) we mowed two weeks in a row bagged it made it look nice again, even asked about the trimming of then bushes to make it look better, after the second mowing was complete we were told not to mow anymore…. Ok I send the bill to them they pay some guy instead of us, when I called and talked u to manager she acted like it was our loss! And acted like she didn’t know who the guy was that hired us, come home find out he plowed the drives In winter so she knows who he is! Here we are the ones that did the work and still have not been paid!! 🤬 I know good workers are hard to find but so are good customers! We will not be back to this arbys ever!

I was picking my co worker lunch it was for three different people with all three had cuopons. Complicated order!. The manager told me it was no problem and help me place the order totally correct did not miss anything. She also give me a free pop for helping my co workers.. if I didnt have diverticulitis I will personally will eat there. Just because the service I received.
