Burger King

Feel free to come here, if you want your money stolen. Yesterday, 5/11/22, I went here for lunch. Ordered a whopper no onion or tomato, and two chicken fries. I should of checked the bag buy I assumed everything was there. Turns out my chicken fries weren't there. It was too late for me to go back because I have to be at work, so I called to ask for my money back. The lady knew my order, I know this because she finished my sentence of "and you forgot my two orders of chicken fries". I told her I couldn't go back up there and that I'd just like a refund of the chicken fries. She said she'd refund the whole order which I said thank you to. She didn't refund anything. Don't bother going to this place. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

This place is amazing. Great staff, great management. They go out of their way to help the customers get what they want. I have been there a few times where the customer/costumer has been so disrespectful to the staff. N then see complaints on here. Tell the entire story. They didn’t start it they were just trying to take care of you the customer!!

I ordered the Sourdough King burger, she didn't hear me. I ordered it twice. I got the receipt and realized she ordered the wrong sandwich. Being that I was in a hurry, I didn't have time to correct the order. I ended up with a grilled chicken club. Horrible! I had just left U of M hospital for a transfusion. All I thought about during my 2 hour process was a Sourdough King burger. She didn't even offer to replace the chicken for what I ordered. I am very disappointed. Also I asked for extra onion, and pickles. It came without onion at all. You just don't know how disappointed I am. I love Burger King because I usually get it my way.
