Papa John's Pizza

For a large fast food retailer the pizza was better than expected, which is to say a bit more like a pizza than the Domino's offering. We had the Feta and olive on a thin base. It was ok. The Garden pizza had identifiable fresh vegetables on it, Domino's don't. If you want a 2500cal meat based grease-fest with double cheese these are also available.

So this evening my wife's out,so myself and 3 year old daughter thought we'd tried Papa John's,the boy I spoke to order was really nice,and the delivery driver was also pleasant,says sorry for the hour so wait,all excited opened the box to discover my bbq base pizza was tomato,so called store and spoke to manager never once says sorry and spoke like it was my fault l,I did make a cheeky comment on the lack of chicken he told me they use a measuring cup,but there is no way you'd send a pizza out looking like that,So after I says can you put a side in for the mix up as me and my daughter were starving by then he says no you can get a new pizza and that's it so he hung up,straight away went down in the car,was greeted by the rude man I had been speaking to,he told me it would be another 20 minutes as they were busy,customer service was disgusting,would never use them again,experience ruined!Dundee Arbroath Rd Branch
