We went for a valentines day meal and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The food is 5 stars and they really have a fantastic lay out of the place. We just felt so welcome and cared for. Great place and guys please don't change a thing. Your food and atmosphere is outstanding.

This restaurant was recommended to me by the staff at the Holiday Inn nearby and I'm glad they did. As it was Sunday I ordered the Sunday Roast - honey roast ham with a variety of vegetables - and it was delicious! The staff were polite and friendly and the restaurant was clean and comfortable, with the only negative being that I was seated near the door so every time it opened I got a bit of a draft. For the price everything was top notch and I'd recommend it as a place for lunch or dinner, and it's worth noting that by presenting my Holiday Inn keycard with the bill I got a discount, which was an added bonus!

Walked past The White Goose after checking in at the Apex hotel, we decided in the evening to give it a try for supper and weren't disappointed. Being a Tuesday evening in November it wasn't too busy so got a table no problem. The food was excellent, both of us struggled to fault it, and the two members of staff waiting the tables were also very good. And going by the quality of food on offer we both found it excellent value. Would definitely recommend this lovely place and will definitely be back again!

We had halloumi baguette, pulled brisket baguette and cheese burger, they were amazing. The desserts looked good but we were full so unfortunately didn't try them. The staff were warm and friendly and the atmosphere was great.

Fantastic meal. Absolutely loved everything we got. I have celiac and there were plenty of things for me to eat. Ended up getting the cheese plate, the bread and dip plate (GF bread on the side), and then a burger with a GF bun. Overall, great meal!

Really nice restaurant, the staff are polite and attentive, the food looked and tasted great and the décor inside is with the times in terms of restaurant interiors. It was all at a good price as well
