The place is huge, offering a wide variety of products. I find it clean and easy to navigate. While there are some staff-operated counters, they can get a bit crowded. Using the automatic counters available by the side of those might be a good idea. The outlet features Starbucks and Argos nearby.
Been there for years and years and always regularly shop here both in store and online from here. Most staff are friendly and have a good attitude. The store is decently stocked and can match some Aldi prices too. They have some clothing and home goods. And a Argos and a Starbucks coffee shop too which is nice to have.
Typical Sainsbury's: a broad offer, but once anything is discounted, you have no chance to get it... Sometimes I wish there were no discounts on my usual items. Usually, the prices are reasonable, but the vegetables or fruits are of poor quality.
Pretty good Sainsbury's with phone reception throughout so I could reactivate my Nectar card. Very patient member of staff at the self checkout who managed to communicate effectively and kindly with our self checkout ineptitude.

The new refit is confusing currently but I'm sure we'll get used to it. The aisles seem wider, very neat and tidy. Great selection of products, good quality and clear price labels
Had no issues straight in for my Argos order and out within minutes, staff were friendly and efficient
