Really great value. I had some lovely home-made soup and a tasty sandwich, which came as a deal costing £6;75 which was really good value. Its charm is its simplicity and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely wee cafe run by the church. The soup, sandwich and cake deal was really great value. It’s great that they have so many savoury and sweet gluten free options and it seems the kitchen takes care in keeping everything separate. Unfortunately, one staff member brought my tea out with a gluten biscuit on the side. (To be honest I wasn’t expecting a biscuit and would have been happy enough without as the rest of the food was great value). Another staff member apologised profusely and replaced everything after I asked about it. I don’t want to complain too much as it was a mistake and I’m grateful for any place that offers gluten free and food for coeliacs. Although it might be wise to double check if you’re unsure of anything. I really enjoyed the cake, good texture for gluten free.

The place is cosy and open to anyone, people are always kind and welcoming! My friends and I always love going there. Food is fantastic, they are happy to make changes if there is any dietary requirements.

Warm welcome, good coffee, great cake choice with plenty of GF options, some outdoor seating. The GF salted caramel pretzel cake was fab. Will be back!
