The Pancake Place

I found this place on a dreary day while in Dundee attending to a family emergency. I was lonely, anxious, and pretty miserable. I ordered the banoffee pancakes and they worked magic. Comfort food in a casual place made me feel so much better! Since that visit I have been back several times on subsequent visits to Dundee. The staff, while not super friendly, is attentive. The food has been consistent each time and is appropriately priced for the portion received.

Don"t know why stopped coming to this place for so long as the food is divine Went with a few family members and we all had the summer special "you"ve been mangoed" pancakes Not a fan of mango,but they were delicious,as was the mango sauce and of course with cream Toilets are on one level and very adaptable for those in wheelchairs/ have mobillity problems Great menu and they do much more than just pancakes Will be returning next week,as my friend from edinburgh is coming to visit and she wants to go

Been here before during Covid and we sat outside, which to be honest was better! The acoustics inside were terrible, it made it very hard to hear and have a conversation. The menu choice was good, hubby ordered burger and chips which he said were good, but not the best. I had the blueberry pancakes which came with more cream than pancake! They were good but I've had better. The whole bill seemed a bit on the expensive side, if the prices were slightly less, the food a bit better then I might give 5 stars. Overall I'd come back again but only if I can sit outside!

Went there for breakfast and coffee & toasts, although by breakfast means a full plate of scampi😊. Great experience, great coffee with such a lovely food, friendly & very efficient staff as per usual. Thumbs up, Ladies! From the new menu, I ordered Chilli Loaded fries with Sour Cream this morning, 22nd of March, Amazing😍🍟😘😘😘👌👍👍
