Although a little expensive, I had a good experience here. The milkshake was so tasty and I liked the chicken strips too. The shop was super isolated when I visited and I was the lone customer. It would be great if there is a public wash basin to wash hands, that was missing here. The customer service was fine.
Lovely place to eat. The food was great and piping hot when it came out. The staff were amazing and super helpful

It is good but price is very steap but you get what you pay.
When you see staff standing there is always something to do i.e clean no one needs to tell me if i worked there it would be done without question but its ok i do not need a job thanks staff just need to use there own initiative 😀 👍
I went in here to grab some lunch with my friend and we got the chicken box which was 3 pieces of chicken onion rings and chips& like motzella sticks it was like £4.95 per box then our juice was extra very good food definitely be back, the staff are very friendly and they even fetch your order to your table.
I ate in on Friday night. It was great to have amazing food, nice staff, pleasing music and all across the road from McDs.
Ill eat at you each time im in Dundee. I wish there more of your outlets.

Love the Jack Daniels glaze, especially on the chicken! So glad they brought this to Dundee. The burgers are of a higher quality than that of McDonalds across the road and the Chicken Strips are something you just can't get anywhere else. I have yet to buy a drink from here though, as the soft drinks run a bit too expensive for me - especially the milkshakes, which I understand but struggle to justify spending £4 on a milkshake.
Definitely feels like they've missed a trick not having any cocktails available since that's what Fridays is known so well for - doesn't bother me as a non-drinker but I can imagine it being a deal breaker for some.
Overall, great taste and price point is just about what I'd want it to be. Staff are friendly and there is some limited seating for people to sit in, but definitely ideal for delivery/takeaway.

Service was quick and friendly and you can order from the electronic kiosks. Had the sesame chicken bits with fries and a Coke and it all came to £11. This is the problem.....there is a McDonald's directly opposite where you can eat for less than half the price.....this is what killed the previous occupier of this shop location - Fatburger - which went bust a couple of years ago. History may repeat itself if Dundee doesn't warm to premium fast food....

Have gave 4* only because my vegan burger could have been bit hotter .

We purchased Vegan Burger , Fridays Glazed Burger , Chicken Strips (large portion) , portion Onion Rings & 4xChips .
To drink we had Milkshakes & Iced Fanta .
Food was really tasty & plenty fulfilling. Loads of chips per portion , Plenty of salads on the Rolls , & the Burgers were a good size nice & thick .
Apart from Vegan could be hotter , we all gave our meals the Thumbs up !!!
Staff were nice & friendly .
Tables nice & clean which was great to see (as this does make a difference to the customer).
Easy to order using touch screen or at desk .
Previous comments mention price with McDonalds across the road but to be truthful there is just NO COMPARISON.
Food Tast , Quality & Quantity miles better .
We left feeling FULL , & stayed full for hours after , ( not feeling 30min later like needing a little something else !).
So if you were going to compare, I would say to compare the prices for Burgers etc in a Resteraunt / Pub rather than Fast Food .

Our total bill was £51.90 for all of the above . (3 meals with chips , 2 sides & 3 large drinks )
Pretty decent, overpriced and will go out of business within six months - just like Fat Burger did. You simply cannot open a burger store opposite McDonalds and compete with burgers 3x or 4x the price of McDonalds. The cheapest burger is £7.75 on its own, nevermind fries and drink. you can get a large big mac meal for around a fiver. Yes the burgers are higher quality i guess but not enough to justify the price hike, walk down the street any hour of the day and mcdonalds is heaving and fridays to go mostly empty, just like how fat burger was. Wave goodbye to this establishment in a few months as it wont cover costs as customers choose the cheaper option with far greater brand recognition across the street.
