Have to counter people saying this is fine. It's not, it's greggs and it's garbage. Not the fault of the staff but it's garbage. There are independent and/or local competitors very close that are like... 2p more, for actually hot and decent quality food. Also the competitors actually have food to buy instead of often almost nothing.

Great food, staff are okay. Not much space for sitting but thats fine. Food is a bit overpriced but worth it for a treat.
The staff need too know their place this is probably the worst Greggs in Dundee when it comes too customer service they are very unprofessional the middle aged women behind the counter has a serious attitude problem towards the customers she doesnt
