Got a munchie box and it looked salt had just been poured in the box no pepper and everything was nearly burnt worst munchie box I have ever had

Unfortunately meal was not great, Duck with cashew nuts, sauce was watery, looked like a whole onion chopped in it, no colour/real flavour & what duck there was, it lacked colour or flavour also.
Honey and garlic ribs & chips, swimming in oil and also ordered a Szechuan beef, which lacked any depth of flavour or colour. Quite disappointed, we ate it cause we were hungary, but sorry New Panda, wont be ordering from you again, lazy chinese cooking in our book, compared to others.

We have been getting takeaways from here for a while now and always order the same meal at least twice a month however tonight we phone for our usual order but they sent us the wrong one. I called to let them know they had sent us the wrong order only to be verbally abused and shouted at! Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and will no longr be using them.

wrong fod sent would not refund or send the right food and were laughing at my wife on the phone when trying to sort it out .... in the end no food was sent order was not sorted and we had to complain to just eat regarding this . been eating here for a good 3 to 4 years . we will never be back disgusted with the customer service and will no longr be using them."

Good price, good food and good delivery times. They even fought through a snowstorm to deliver to us, it was delayed but I was impressed they were willing to try.
It's our go to place on JustEat when we fancy Chinese.

Horrific is the only word I can use to describe, ate food , which was far from great, then within 5 mins of eating total diahorrea, obviously not from chicken but some other item that was contaminated. Do no order from here unless you want to lose weight rapidly. Will not be back.
