Pizza Hut

Got to say that I always avoided pizza hut in dunstable. It was always grubby and didnt feel clean. I haven't been there for at least 5 yrs until today and I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, staff were really kind and helpful and our food was lovely. I tried the flatbread pizza and it was lovely. Will go again without doubt!!

We went to the Dunstable branch and I really wasnt expecting much in terms of customer service. The customer service was excellent. One person ordered a gluten free base and the person serving us then came back and checked for any food allergies. The member of staff was very knowledgeable and extremely polite and helpful. The food was fine. My only negative was a member of staff dropped a glass and then mopped it up, however it was clearly an old mop as the smell from the mop was quite awful and that smell was then transferred to the floor and kept wafting over.

We decided to have lunch. We were shown to our set and I was advised to order and pay at a station. Never done that in pizza hut before, missed the friendliness of the server taking my order. We ordered an individual offer each. It tasted nice and was hot just a shame the sides came with the pizza as it cold rather quickly. The restaurant was rather empty but it picked up as we were leaving. Would I visit again yes I would.

Went to order a takeaway today and was served by the manager. I had no idea what I wanted to order really so she helped me decide what to get for my friends (bonus points, they did a vegan pizza). As I had a sleeping baby in my arms and got me a drink while I waited which was brilliant, and then asked a staff member to help me carry all of the food out to the car. Brilliant service, and this mum is very grateful! Thank you.
