Glourious Food

Want a proper birria taco experience then look no further ! These were so scrumptious with proper flavour and a generous amount of dipping sauce. I've tried tacos elsewhere which are usually bland and lack a kick but these hit the spot ! My go to taco place and highly recommend. HALAL !

You have no idea how long I’ve waited to try this authentic Birria place out!!! What a little gem of a place Sabrosa is. You can get all your Mexican food Birria cravings satisfied. This is a small independent TAKEAWAY/COLLECTION service. With no room for eating in, it’s not like a typical shop takeaway. It’s based as a working kitchen in a industrial estate - makes the whole buying collecting experience more interesting. They are based right next door to Ujan Bhatti cash & carry in a small food catering complex. Just look for a sign called ‘FOODY COLLECTION’ they are based there alongside a few other takeaway services. I ordered their premium taco platter, Comes with two of each type of taco. And consume and chips, And I ordered extra consume with beef and salsa. Tacos were delicious. Crispy and dunking them in the consume was just divine. It’s a fabulous little gem and hopefully one day can launch with a full blown restaurant! Basically I felt like I was in one of them food review videos of Birria tacos on YouTube!! It’s Mexican street food at its finest and it’s here in Luton! Enjoy.

I don’t often feel compelled to leave a review but how has this place gone under my radar for this long?! The tacos and consomme are divine!! I was hesitant placing the Uber eats order as (especially after seeing a photo of where it is located) but please DON’T be, you absolutely won’t regret it! Uber eats was extremely quick too, still piping hot on arrival. A* all round!

I've had this a number of times now and the taste is just too good. It's been consistent and when you get that mexican craving, it hits the SPOT. Not many halal mexican places around which makes it even better !

Tacos were good, especially dipped in broth. I also ordered ramen for my son to try out and it was really tasty. Will definitely come back.
