Very friendly family oriented pub.
It's run by Greene King so the range is fairly standard but it means when you're catering for vegetarians and people with allergies it's reliably safe.
The staff are really very friendly, chatty, and bend over backwards to help out.
Live music and quizzes in the evenings apparently, and there's also a wheelchair
accessible car park.

Pleasant pub/restaurant. Friendly team, good selection of drinks, nice environment, food was ok. Not as nice as I expected but that's my opinion. Definitely go back as there's plenty more to try on the menu

Lovely pub, great service, cheap drinks.
It attracts a sports crowd as well as locals so there’s always a group who feel their conversation should be heard by the rest of the pub!
Ample parking, clean toilets, lots of seating and space at the bar. Definitely worth checking out for a week night drink.

Went here today with my elderly mum... From the get go, the staff were very attentive, offered us alternate seating as we potentially were in a draughty area... Food came out in good time and was absolutely delicious!!!
Dessert was just as good as the mains .... I was also really surprised and happy with cost of the meal, given today's economic climate.
Overall, I can't fault the service, food or entire experience. Well done everyone, we'll definitely be back.
