Dunelm Ridge Brewers Fayre

I don't expect much for a chained restaurants but I was surprised. I ordered the mixed grill. It was good. They asked how I'd like the steak cooking - rare. It came out medium. I spoke to the staff and just replaced the whole meal and I kept the old one. Unfortunately not a great choice of real ales. A good kids indoor play area.

Took my daughter and friend for tea after school, we dined in the play area. Emma and Macy are a credit to the place. They go above and beyond. Emma has the best customer service I have experienced in a long while..well done girls. Food was a nice and a cheap deal so winners all round. We will be back.

Not bad value for your money hence 4stars. Food pretty average but so,s the price, so it's a fair deal. We had carvery which was ok. Staff were pleasant and helpful which is a big plus. Also has an indoor soft play for children. They do charge extra for this but it's minimal. All in all you get what you pay for and it's clean and tidy with easy parking.

Nice place , clean and friendly . Food is good . Children not controlled by parents worried me for safety reasons . Children crawling around the floor while staff are trying to give people their food and dodging the children . It was also very noisy and my husband who uses hearing aids struggled badly and at one point we had to shout at each other to be heard . The following day we used the adult area and it was quieter . Staff were very friendly and helpful as we are both disabled . There was a children’s soft play area .

Good deals usually available. Makes for a cheap and cheerful meal out. Food is obviously frozen stuff bought in definitely- not fancy and freshly prepared stuff, but still fills a spot and is enjoyable enough. Often eat here, as we have a card and you get good deals. Have recently enjoyed the carvery. Nice relaxed atmosphere and ways clean and tidy with friendly staff.
