Pizza Hut

Great food and this chain provides the chilli flakes just like the old days which was great. The downside for me is that the staff service is almost none existent now; its basically all self-serve, we had to order from the app, we had to ask for empty plates to be taken away, couple that with having to get your own drinks etc as per. Now, I don’t have a problem with that per se, but I’m not really sure why the food is so expansive as the experience doesn’t match the hefty price tag. My son loves Pizza Hut so I’ll stump up the cash for it when required, but at almost £30 a pizza, it seems excessive.

So I'll start this with saying I haven't been to a Pizza Hut since I was around 9 and I'm 26 now. My initial thoughts of a Pizza Hut is that it was practically the McDonald's of pizza places (what I'm saying is mediocre at best). Now we did go for the all you can eat pizza which we didn't realise wasn't on but decided to stay anyway and we all grabbed a meal deal each, of £19.99 ; a pizza with a side and a refillable drink and honestly I was pleasantly surprised. The food was boiling hot when it came out, it came out timely, the dough was great - it was very pleasant. The staff were very nice although I feel some of the younger ones lacked a little confidence but that's not the end of the world and there was a little confusion when we ordered two separate orders to our table but they got the meals out swiftly. The meal was just the right amount to fill me ( maybe a tad too much ) and honestly would go again! Pleasantly surprised. Ps was also nice to see the manager curiosity calling :)
